Tiny Core Linux is a Independent-family Linux distribution based on Independent. The world's smallest graphical Linux distro — starting at 16MB and running purely in RAM.
Strengths: 16 megabytes download: boots from ancient flash drives in seconds; Runs 100% in RAM so your storage drive is completely untouched; Fascinating minimalist modular architecture. Trade-offs: Requires building up your graphical environment piece by piece manually.
